Deposit and cancellation
A $25 deposit holds your visit and comes off the price. Move or cancel up to 24 hours before at no cost. Later than that, the deposit is kept.
Running late
Your time is held for you. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your facial, at the same price.
